Velvet – 90 percentage Flocking fabric for Inner Craftmanship
Velvet Fabric – Concept to develop the elite class of watch box is to serve the people who having hobby to own the big range of watches. This watch box going to accommodate the value of watch more then lakhs it must compliment the watch collector test.
This is reason we work on the raw material called velvet having 90 percentage flocking compare to available velvet where only 30 percentage flocking available it’s commonly used by number of craftsman. Pillow for watches made with front side of the velvet rest of the watch box made with reverse side of velvet.
Golden Lock
Golden Lock Golden niddle along with golden lock used to fit it on the box. Contract match of colour of Pu and Mettal lock taken care perfectly.
Box – Very study watch box slot made. Not to worry it’s not shaking with each other. Our customer need not to adjust themselves while taking out or keeping in the watch box. Watch box made on 3.5 mm Mdf wood.
Watch Document Holder Pocket crafted on the upper side of the watch box. Size of pocket is 12.9 inch left to right wide and 4 inch long. Elastic material use to make it working for user so one can keep all document card related to watch. Idea is to safe watch related paper and 11 watchs must kept it on one place.
Mechanical Gold platting finish mechanical screw replace the traditional way to hold the upper side to fall down. This is more workable and add value to the watch box.
PU Heat varnish pu material use to craft the watch box. You will experience the cork wood texture on the pu having feature of strength, light weight and create rich experience to our customer.
Fabric – Inside the watch box cream colour velvet having 90 gram flocking used. maximum gramage define the richness of the fabric. We use best selection for the watch box considering frequency of product utility.
LOCK Tan Pu made watch box fitted with golden lock. Both colour compliment each other.
Size Watch box size in closed position is 13.5x8x2.9 inch Slot for each watch having size 2 x 3.6 x 1.75 inch. You can keep 11 watch in one go. 1 slot for Cufflink, Rings, Ear Rings.
Mechanical Open the watch box it will not fall down suddenly as we install the mechanical screw to keep it sturdy. Upper side stay stand upto 90 degree without other support.
